Refund and Returns

At ApiCares, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply.

No Returns on Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

Perishable Products

All honey, royal jelly, pollen, and similar items are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered — even if unopened.

Return Eligibility (Damaged/Wrong Items)

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaking item
  • You received the wrong product

To qualify for a return or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the item and packaging via WhatsApp or email
  • Keep the item unused and in its original packaging

Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is approved, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement
  • Or provide a refund via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer within 5–7 working days
